If you want to deposit and withdraw amount from Alertpay account to your bank account then you have to add its details there. For adding bank detail you have to follow some simple steps.

Login to Alertpay Account and go to ‘Profile’. (A drop down menu will appear)

Now from dropdown menu, choose ‘Financial’ and then choose ‘Bank Accounts’. (A page with 5 steps process will open)

Now in step1 choose the country you are living in and click ‘Next’.

In step2 you will have two options bank transfer and bank wire, choose the bank type. Remember that in some bank wire facility is for withdrawal only and bank transfer facility is for both purposes including deposit and withdrawal. After choosing the ‘Bank Type’ click ‘Next’ button.

(But in some countries including Pakistan bank transfer is not allowed. So in this case you can only withdraw amount from Alertpay account to your bank account in Pakistan through bank wire. So if you are from Pakistan then in order to transfer or deposit amount to Alertpay account you have to choose other options including credit card, certified check, money order and bank wire.)                   

In step 3 you have to add bank account information. This step is divided into three parts, account information, account number and bank information. In first part you have to fill in information in four text boxes about currency, account type, first name and last name. In second part put information about account number, bank code, branch code and Swift code. In third step fill in information about bank name, bank phone number and bank contact number. After filling all these text boxes correctly click ‘Next’ button.           

In step 4 you are asked whether the information you added is correct or not. If it is correct then confirm it and go to last step for completion and if there is any wrong information then go back and correct it.

So in this way you can successfully add your bank account detail to your Alertpay account.
