Commission Junction pays its publisher through check in the mail or through direct deposit to specified bank. But the option of direct deposit is not available for every one. Only those publishers who are residing in US, UK, Canada, Germany and Sweden are allowed to get payment through bank deposit while others have to get their payments through check only.

Before sending payments to each publisher Commission Junction calculates the total earning by adding individual earnings from each advertiser in one month. If this total amount exceeds the minimum payout Commission Junction issues the payment to its publisher.

Remember that payment process of Commission Junction resembles with that of google adsense where publisher gets payments of current month in the following month. It means if a publisher earns commission in January, he will be paid in February and the payment of February will remain in the account and will be issued in March.
